Calcium and Magnesium are important minerals supplied in our formula in the popular 2:1 ratio. These ingredients contribute to one or more of the following beneficial physiological effects*:

Directions
Adults take 1 tablet a day preferably with a meal. Tablets are coated for ease of swallowing. Use this product in conjunction with food as part of a healthy, balanced diet, not as a substitute for such.
