Shge Premium Return Policy

Welcome to Shge Premium! Our return policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning purchased goods. By making a purchase, you agree to deal with the following guidelines. 

2. Eligibility for Returns 

  1. You may return products within 7 days from the date of delivery. 
  2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. 

3. Types of Returns 

  1. Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact our customer support immediately. 
  2. Incorrect Orders: If we shipped the wrong item, we’ll arrange for a return and replacement. 

4. Return Process 

  1. Contact our customer support via email or phone to initiate the return process. 
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and relevant details. 
  3. We’ll guide you through the return steps, including shipping instructions. 

5. Refunds 

  1. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it. 
  2. If eligible, we’ll process a refund equals to your original payment after deducting 15% from taxable amount within 7 business days. 

6. Non-Returnable Items 

  1. Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized or customized products. 
  2. Products (such as supplements and fitness gears & wears) cannot be returned for safety reasons.

7. Shipping Costs 

  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. 
  2. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
